A Great Experience - I will be back...

I recently came to your store and had a great experience!I needed to make an earring out of a lampwork bead, and Mona and the owner were so helpful! I was about to leave the store and remembered I needed thread for knotting two bead necklaces. Again, Mona was so helpful and showed me a great beading method and said to look at the knotting video for more help!I'm encouraged about my projects because of their extra effort they gave to me as a customer! I love their variety and helpfulness and I will be back for this reason!
