- Do you have a physical store?
- Yes! We are proudly located in downtown Eugene, Oregon at 1027 Willamette St. Our current location offers 2300 square feet of nothing but beads, books and inspirational beaded jewelry.
- What are your store hours?
- Our store hours are from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Saturday
- How do I contact Harlequin?
- Contact the local store at 541-683-5903 during store hours. E-mail questions and requests are usually answered within 24 business hours of receiving them and we are available to speak with you on our Toll-Free mail order line from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) Monday - Friday at 1-888-683-5903.
- I live in the Eugene/Springfield area, should I order online or come to the store?
- WE LOVE it when folks visit our store, there is so much more merchandise in our store than we can ever put on the Web. You can place your order online and pick it up in the store to save the shipping charge and take advantage of both the efficiency (and competitive prices) of online ordering and the benefit of shopping in our store.
- Can I get a Harlequin Beads Catalog?
- Our Web site serves as our only catalog.

- Do you sell wholesale or have quantity discounts?
- Although we are primarily a retail store, Harlequin offers discount pricing instantly for online orders that qualify. There are no coupon numbers to remember to enter or hoops to jump through, just a simple and straight forward discount structure that is automatically applied to all qualifying orders every time on every item regardless of existing monthly discounts.
- How do you handle backorders?
- We attempt to keep our Web site as up-to-date as possible to minimize the occurrence of out of stock items. Because of the nature of the Web and the bead business we are occasionally out of some items. We will not automatically send items that were not shipped in your order. Please contact us via phone or email if you want us to contact you when the item becomes available again.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- FREE First Class Shipping orders 4 to 14 days
FREE Pick up at store option, ready by 5 p.m. if ordered weekdays before 2 p.m.
Priority Mail orders 2 to 4 business days

- How do I return something for credit?
- To return merchandise for credit, please mail it to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase. We will give you full credit towards your next order. Sorry, no refunds. Please enclose original invoice if possible, when not available please provide order number or date of original order. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Please send all exchanges to:

- Do you sell Internationally?
- Yes, we have many international customers and use USPS for all international shipping. Shipping rates for International Orders will vary depending upon destination and total shipping weight. Your final shipping rate will be calculated at time of shipping. Shipping prices do not include customs fees, tariffs or local taxes.
Global Priority: 1 to 4 pounds $12.50-$25.00 To be calculated @ time of shipping (not available to all countries)

- What does Harlequin do to ensure my order is accurate?
- We print your order and match up descriptions and stock #'s while we are pulling your beads.
- We invoice your order making sure our invoice matches your e-mail order.
- We check your final invoice against the beads we have pulled for you, double checking quantities, descriptions and stock #'s and deleting anything from your invoice that we are out of.
- How do I resolve a problem with my order after I receive it?
- If there is a problem with your order we request that you contact us via email at orders@harlequinbeads.com within 48 hour of receiving it. We always do our best to package, ship and represent our products as accurately as possible through detailed photographs and descriptions. In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your order, or if there is any problem with your order please contact us at orders@harlequinbeads.com or call toll free at 1-888-683-5903.
- What types of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (we ask that the shipping address matches credit card billing address).
- Do you have a minimum order amount?
- Due to the time it takes to process every order accurately we cannot accept orders for less then $20.
- What Shipping methods do you use and how much does it cost?
U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APOs)
FIRST CLASS MAIL SHIPPING is now FREE and takes approximately 4-14 days to arrive
USPS Priority Mail costs $4.95 and takes 2-4 days to ship (this option is free on orders over $100) Priority orders placed weekdays before 5 p.m. Eastern time will be packed and shipped the same day.
Express Mail costs $20.00 and has a guaranteed 2 day delivery but ships overnight to MANY locations. Express mail orders orders placed weekdays before 3 p.m. Eastern time will be packed and shipped the same day
Pick up in store for local online orders are always FREE. Pick up at store orders placed on weekdays before 2 p.m. Pacific time will be ready the same day by 5 p.m. Pacific time.
International Orders
Final shipping rates for International Orders will vary depending upon destination and total shipping weight. Your final shipping rate will be calculated at time of shipping. Shipping prices do not include customs fees, tariffs or local taxes.

- Yes, you may place orders by phone at 1-888-683-5903 or FAX at (541) 683-7883 from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) Monday - Friday and from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

- How do I find something I'm looking for on your web site?
- Our Web site navigation system is detailed enough that in most instances you should be able to get your bead of choice with a minimal amount of clicks. If you still can't find what you are looking for, please e-mail or phone us with your specific request.
- How do I order using my credit for returned merchandise?
- When placing your order please state the credit number and amount and we will adjust accordingly.
- Are my online credit card orders Secure?
- Yes, your credit card number is not only secure, but the only place it can be viewed once it is sent to us in an order as a secure, encrypted credit card is by the person receiving the order. Once the order is processed, we shred all printed material with your card number and store your credit card slip in a safe place for 5 years as required by law.

- If you live in the Eugene/Springfield, Oregon area, we offer classes for all levels of beaders, many talented local jewelry artists have gotten their start in our classes.
