Peruvian Bottle Necklace

This quick and easy necklace uses a fun hand painted Peruvian Clay Bottle as the focal point with pewter beads and rayon rattail stringing material. These necklaces are great for carrying or wearing your favorite perfume or scented oil without actually having to put the perfume or oil on your skin. The finished length is variable from 24 to 35 inches.

Materials List

To create your own Peruvian Bottle Necklace, you will need the materials listed below. Quantities shown are needed to make one finished product.

1   Peruvian Clay Bottle BOT26green or RBOT40
2   Antique Copper Finish lead free pewter 8mm Saucer beads - 94-5505-18
2   36 inch pieces of Black Rattail cording - RTBK1

Instructions

1 Thread each piece of Rattail through the loops on the bottle. String one metal bead over both pieces of the Rattail on each side.
2 Tie the ends of all four pieces of the Rattail into a knot to get the desired length.
