Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Eugene, Oregon, at 1027 Willamette Street between 10th and 11th Avenues. We've proudly filled our store's spacious 3000 square feet with beads, beading supplies and inspirational finished beaded jewelry. Harlequin also offers you creative space to sit and work on your beading project right in the store.

What are your store hours?

Monday through Friday from 11AM to 6PM, Saturday from 10AM to 6PM and by appointment.

How do I contact Harlequin?

Contact the local store at 541-683-5903 during store hours. To speak with someone about your online order, call our toll-free number 1-888-683-5903 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST). If you prefer to email us with your questions or requests, we'll make every effort to respond to your email within 24 business hours.

I live in Lane County, should I order online or come to the store?

We love it when folks visit our store. Because we are unable to offer our entire inventory online, you'll find more choices in the store. Many of our local customers like to place an order online, then pick up the order in the store. This way, you can take advantage of the convenience and competitive pricing of ordering online plus visit our store to check out what's new.

Can I order a Harlequin Beads & Jewelry Catalog?

No, our online store serves as Harlequin's only catalog.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No.

Do you charge sales tax?

No, there is currently no sales tax in the state of Oregon.

Harlequin is not responsible for international tariffs, customs fees or local taxes at point of destination.

Do you take phone orders?

Yes, you may place orders by phone at 1-888-683-5903 Monday through Friday from 9AM - 5PM (PST). You can also fax us your order anytime at (541) 683-7883.

Do you sell internationally?

Yes, we have many international customers and use USPS Global Priority and Global Express shipping for all international orders. Shipping rates for international orders will vary, depending upon destination and total shipping weight. Shipping prices do not include customs fees, tariffs or local taxes.

Your final shipping rate will be calculated at the time of shipping.

Global Express: 1 to 2 pounds $77.95 and up. Global express is available to all countries.

Global Priority: 1 to 4 pounds $23.95 - $77.95. Please note that global priority shipping is unavailable to some countries.

How does tiered pricing work?

Harlequin offers tiered discount pricing instantly on all online orders with over 10 items.

Here's how mix-and-match works to give you tiered pricing breaks for all items on our website:

Mix-and-match any quantity of any items to get tiered quantity discounts for all the items that you order.

EXAMPLE - You can order one bag of crystal, one spool of Soft Flex, one package of earwires and seven different charms and get the 10 - 24 discount pricing tier on all of your items.

There are no coupon numbers to enter or hoops to jump through - just a simple and straightforward discount structure that is automatically applied to all qualifying orders every time on every item, in addition to existing sales and discounts. Get the best price by taking advantage of mix-and-match tiered pricing combined with free shipping on orders over $25.

What does Harlequin do to ensure my order is accurate?

1. We print your order and match up descriptions and stock numbers as we gather your requested items.
2. When we invoice your order, we make sure our invoice matches your original order record.
3. We check your final invoice against the items we have pulled for you; double-check quantities, descriptions and stock numbers; and delete any out-of-stock items from your invoice.

Are my online credit card orders secure?

Yes, we employ the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layering) encryption technology in our online ordering forms. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our server. Your credit card number is not only secure, but the only place it can be viewed once it is sent to us is in the order as a secure, encrypted credit card.

What is the $10 charge on my credit card?
The purpose of the $10 pre-authorization is to make sure your credit card is valid. The pending $10 authorization amount will not be deducted from your account, but it will show up for 2-3 days before it is automatically removed. This built-in safety feature of our credit card system protects our customers and us from fraud.

How do you handle back orders?

We attempt to keep our Website as up-to-date as possible to minimize the occurrence of out-of-stock items. Because of the nature of the Web and the bead business, we are occasionally out of some items. We will not automatically send items that were not shipped in your order. Please contact us via phone or email if you want us to contact you when the item becomes available again.

How do I resolve a problem with my order after I receive it?

We always do our best to package, ship and represent our products as accurately as possible through detailed photographs and descriptions. In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your order, or if there is any problem with your order please contact us within 48 hours via email at orders@harlequinbeads.com, or call us toll-free at 1-888-683-5903 Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM.

How do I return something for credit?

To return merchandise for credit, please mail it to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. We will give you full credit towards your next order. Sorry, no refunds. If possible, please enclose the original invoice. If you don't have your original invoice, please provide the order number or date. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONS

Ear wires and hoops, chain by the foot and closeout items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable - so please choose carefully when purchasing these items.

Items purchased from our online catalog are non-returnable at our physical store.

How do I order using my credit for returned merchandise?

When placing your order please state the credit number and amount and we will adjust accordingly.

What are your shipping methods, rates and expected delivery times?

United States

Includes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APOs.

Standard First-class Mail
Flat Rate: $2.95; a minimum $25 order qualifies for free first-class mail shipping.
Delivery Time: estimated 4 to 14 days.

USPS Priority Mail
Rate: $5.25; a minimum $100 order qualifies for free priority shipping.
Delivery Time: estimated 2 to 4 days.
Order Deadline: orders placed on weekdays before 2PM (PST) will be packed and shipped that same day.

Express Mail
Rate: $20.00
Delivery Time: guaranteed 2-day ships, but will ship overnight to MANY locations.
Order Deadline: orders placed on weekdays before 12PM (PST) will be packed and shipped that same day.

Store Pick-up
Local customers can pick up their online orders at the store.
Order Deadline: orders placed on weekdays before 2PM (PST) will be ready that same day for pick up at 5PM

International Orders
