This bracelet features deep blue dumortierite gemstones, named for French paleontologist Eugene Dumortier and commonly referred to as the blue denim stone. Matte 6mm sterling silver beads and black Swarovski pearls provide a soft contrast to the rich dumortierite blues. This is a simple bracelet design that highlights the beauty of the soft hues of blues.
You will need a dab of glue or clear nail polish to strengthen and seal the knot on your bracelet.

step 1 Cut the stretchy cord into two pieces.Tape the end of each piece, so your beads do not fall off the end. String one 4mm pearl, one 6mm silver matte bead, one 4mm pearl and one dumortierite on to the stretchy cord. Repeat this sequence until you have used all of the dumortierite beads. Use the second piece of stretchy cord and the remaining 6mm silver matte beads and 4mm pearls to string the second row.
step 2 Tie a square knot and glue the knot with the clear nail polish. Right over left, left over right, makes a knot both tidy and tight. Repeat for the second knot.
