Matte Metallics SuperDuo Tila Bracelet

by Megan Piper & Ramona Brummett

Megan chose beautiful blue and metallic toned SuperDuos and tila beads for her own twist on Ramona's SuperDuo & Tila bracelet design. Soft Flex cable is used instead of thread, so this bracelet is incredibly durable. Ramona's signature technique for adding the button and loop clasp ensures that this piece will stay on your wrist reliably and comfortably. Make a super-duper bracelet that feels and looks great. You can make it up to 8" long with the materials included in the kit.

Add two size 11 seed beads to each of the two outside cable strands. Add one size 11 seed bead to each of the two middle strands.

Repeat steps 2 and 3, continuing this pattern until the bracelet is about 1/2" shorter than your desired finished length.

End the pattern with the diamond SuperDuo pattern from step 2 before proceeding to step 5.

step 5
step 5

Add two size 11 seed beads to each of the two outside cable strands. Add one size 11 seed bead to each of the two middle strands.

Add one two size 8 seed beads on to the top strand and the middle strand that's next to it to connect them. Now, add one two size 8 seed beads on to the bottom strand and the middle strand that's next to it to connect them.

Add one tube crimp bead and one size 8 seed bead to the connected top two strands, and one tube crimp bead and one size 8 seed bead to the connected two bottom strands.

step 6
step 6

Add the button to one side of the joined strands. Cross the other two strands and bring them through the button, as well. Bring the remaining strands through the one seed bead, one crimp bead and two seed beads on each side.

Even out your bracelet and tighten up any strands, so there is no exposed wire. Crimp the two tube crimp beads with your pliers and trim the cable. You are done!
