On all four wires, add two size 15 seed beads. Re-join two wires wire (sharing the same SuperDuo bead) and add two size 8 opal gilt-lined seed beads, one crimp bead and one more size 8 seed bead on each side.

Add your button by crossing both wire sections through the button's shank. Then run each pair of wires through the one size 8 seed bead, one crimp bead and two size 8 seed beads on the other side of the button.
